Our stay was for one night and was all we needed. Our family lives not far from your park.It was nice and clean and bed was comfortable.
Easy to find location, close to Fremantle centre and closenest to the Hospital.
relaxing , with a nice atmophere
Our experience at Coogee Beach Holiday Park was fantastic. The beach was awesome and the sunset at night over the beach was picture perfect. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The location of Coogee Beach Holiday Park was ideal - close to Fremantle and Perth City.
Friendly relaxing atmosphere and beach location.
Excellent spot right on the beach and fairly central to both Motorplex and Fremantle
Very happy with our short stay there. Chalets do need better maintenance such as lino and light switches
Close walk to beautiful beach, friendly people, relaxed atmosphere
Location was great-access to the beach
More access to basic groceries ie milk, bread etc
During my three night stay my towels were not changed. When staff cleaned neighbouring rooms they were very noisy and no considerstion was taken for guests who needed to sleep in. Staff at front reception were clinical and not at all welcoming.
It was close to the beach.
The room was very small with few facilities. There was no direct parking close to the room. The price of the room was too high for its facilities and the only good point was the beach. There were no shops near to the holiday park.
It was convenient to the location for our family special birthday celebrations. Bed was comfy, sheets clean, suited the purpose.
Walls a bit thin and heating system bit noisy.
The park is very well laid out and only two minutes’ walk from a large expanse of an often nearley empty, white sandy beach and the clear blue water of the Indian Ocean. During our stay travelling round wa, we must have visited at least another dozen beaches, but agreed that Coogie was the best and least crowded, even though it was Australia’s school summer holidays. The chalet had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean.
The ‘late’ (after 6pm) check in system left a lot to be desired. We arrived and had no idea how to access the park. There was a button outside reception that said ‘ring out of hours in an emergency only’. We finally decided this was an emergency and rang it and were given a number to access the safe where our key was. The security gate was difficult to get open and finally the person we had spoken to came out to show us how to open it. During our one week stay, I saw poor travellers arriving after 6pm every day who were confronted with the same predicament as us. This system needs re thinking! As far as the two receptionists were concerned, although quite friendly, they totally lacked knowledge of the surrounding area, unless it was somewhere they could book you to go on a trip to. I asked about a few well known places which they knew nothing about.
Excellent location beside beach. Unfortunately not told about jelly fish in water. Both my wife and I were stung badly.
Great location. Very comfortable cabin with all amenities
External first appearance of cabin appeared old but internal was very clean and comfortable and appeared to be newly updated
Secure parking at your cabin with keyed front gate.Nice and quiet during the night. Not far to fremantle shopping. We went to a Concert at Challenge stadium and came back to sleep at the cabin and went shopping to Fremantle the next day which was very nice.
We were a mother and daughter and would have liked single beds but they don't have them so we took the queen cabin and just shared which was o.k.and we both slept very well.
